7-hour braised Parwan Prime lamb shoulder with balsamic shallots and crisp Byron Bay lonza, served with pan-seared garlic and rosemary Kipfler potatoes.
Our full menu will also be available, making it easy to add dishes for the table and for children to order from our Kids Menu.
