Local expert Vedic meditation teacher, Laura Poole, will guide you through three styles of meditation, showing how an effortless practice can calm the nervous system and transform your life. She’ll also debunk myths that make meditation seem difficult and lead a heart-flow meditation to enhance creativity, capability, and calm.
Laura, founder of Mahasoma, has over 15 years of training with Masters in Australia and India. She shares the transformative power of Vedic meditation, Vedanta, and Ayurveda in an engaging and insightful way. Passionate about community and well-being, Laura brings people together through her courses, events, and retreats.
After the session, enjoy a delicious brunch on-the-go where you can connect, and share your experiences with others. It’s the perfect opportunity to unwind, nourish yourself, and build meaningful connections with like-minded individuals.
