Sunshine Coast-based, Kat is passionate about helping people create a deeper connection with themselves through a combination of breath and meditative movement. Kat teaches yoga internationally through retreats and workshops, and now leads teacher training with Zenko Yoga.
Join Kat for a gentle morning flow that will dive not only into the physical practice of yoga – but also introduce how the philosophies of yoga can be integrated on our mats and then into our lives. @yogakiss
