Information provided to PayPal

Unless you expressly consent otherwise, we do not see or have access to any personal information that you may provide to PayPal, other than information that is required in order to process your order and deliver your purchased items to you (eg, your name, email address and billing/postal address).

Redirection to PayPal, SevenRooms and Wrapped
When you choose to pay via PayPal, you may be automatically redirected to PayPal in order to complete the required payment. The payment page provided by PayPal is not part of this site. We are not privy to any bank account, credit card or other personal information that you may provide to PayPal, other than information required to process your order and deliver your purchased items to you (eg, your name, email address and billing/postal address). When making reservations or event bookings through SevenRooms, your personal information (including name, contact details, dietary requirements and payment information) is collected and processed by SevenRooms in accordance with its own privacy policy. We recommend that you refer to SevenRooms’ privacy policy for further information. Where you purchase a gift card through Wrapped, your personal information (including name, email address and payment details) is collected and processed by Wrapped in accordance with its own privacy policy. We recommend that you refer to Wrapped’s privacy policy for further information. Credit card details collected via our booking or gift card platforms are processed securely in accordance with applicable payment card industry standards.
Re-marketing
We may use Facebook and/or Instagram re-marketing services to advertise to previous visitors to this site based upon their activity on this site. This allows us to tailor our marketing to better suit your needs and to only display advertisements that are relevant to you. Such advertising may be displayed inside Facebook or Instagram. Meta may use cookies and/or pixel tags to achieve this. Any data so collected by Meta will be used in accordance with their own privacy policies. None of your personal information is reported to us through these services.
Facebook and Instagram have enabled an AdChoices link that enables you to opt out of targeted advertising.
CCTV and Security Monitoring
Our premises are monitored by closed-circuit television (CCTV) cameras for the purposes of safety and security. CCTV footage may capture images of individuals visiting or attending our restaurant and event spaces. This footage is treated as personal information and will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the Australian Privacy Principles. CCTV footage is stored securely, accessed only by authorised personnel, and retained for a limited period unless required for an ongoing security, legal, or insurance matter. CCTV footage will not be disclosed to third parties except where required or authorised by law, or where necessary to investigate a security incident or protect the safety of our staff and guests.
