Ingredients: Elder Berry, Hibiscus, Licorice, Juniper Berry, sprinkle of Stevia leaf
Directions: Add 1 to 2 heaped teaspoons of loose leaf tea to your strainer 85-95°C boiling water brew for at least 3-4 minutes + enjoy with a dash of milk (or not). Try a little raw Alsahwa honey if you want some added sweetness.
