Ingredients: Dandelion, St Marys Thistle, Licorice, Nettle, Burdock, Peppermint, Lemon Myrtle and Marshmallow.
Directions: 1-2 teaspoons to each cup of boiling water, infuse for at least 5 minutes (15 minutes is even better to help draw out all those killer medicinal properties).
